The Fallkill Story

Located near the Hudson Riverfront, Fallkill Properties is a second-generation, family-run, Hudson River Valley property leasing and management company. Founded in the 1950s by Burton Gold—a developer, builder, planner, and life-long resident—Fallkill Properties together with its affiliate—Stewart-Scott Associates, Inc. is responsible for numerous development projects in and around the area including Interfaith Towers, Admiral Halsey Senior Village, and Saint Simeon Senior Housing. The project of which we are most proud is the development and reinvigoration of the Union Street Historic District, for which we received The National Competition Housing Project Award and Excellence in Design, Housing, and Urban Development. If you’d like to live in this charming neighborhood just minutes to the Metro-North and Amtrak train station and the Hudson River Walkway, contact us now.

Kill—the end part of many New York state town names—means a body of water, such as a creek, river, strait, or arm of the sea. The term comes from the Dutch word kil, meaning riverbed or water channel.
